If you are a citizen, business, or taxpayer: The Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal provides online access to a variety of online services and functions, including the ability to access a variety of systems through which you can view account information, apply for permits/ licenses, and pay bills online. Registered users may log in by clicking on the 'Citizen Self Service' link on the left side of this page. If this is your first visit to the CSS portal, you will need to create a self-service user ID and then (optionally) link it to your customer account(s). o Account registration is necessary, regardless of whether you want to search for an account, submit materials, apply for a service, or pay for a license/ permit/ service online. o Please click on the 'Citizen Self Service' link on the left side of this page to continue. o Please click on "Log In" to sign in to community access services o From the community access services page, scroll down and click on "Sign up" to begin the self-registration process.
